The internship program is designed to provide real-world experience that is directly related to your academic discipline and career goals and provide you a better understanding of career options for your degree. Components of the program include:
- Hands-on experience working as a member of a specific department and team.
- Assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions/process.
- Cross-functional departmental exposures within the corporate office.
- Tours and exposure to other business areas (e.g., stores, distribution center) to ensure full understanding of the company structure and strategy.
- End of program presentation of project findings, and recommended course of action to executives.

Job Description
- We are looking to recruit a Content & Social Media Intern to join our marketing team.
- The intern will work with the social media team, content team, and marketing staff to schedule content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and Youtube.
- The intern will also help monitor performance across platforms, and help with competitive and benchmark analyses.
- No coffee runs for this intern: this internship will require real marketing work: building out lists, digging into data, writing posts, and working on other high impact marketing projects within a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
A typical day as a Content & Social Media Intern might include:
- Content publishing across global social media channels
- Research and analysis, using public tools such as Google Trends,
- Social Media Campaign Management
- Play a key role in launching social marketing campaigns, while learning how to build and protect our company’s brand.
- Develop strategies focused on increasing engagement, awareness and followers.

- We are looking to recruit an Offline-Check Merchandizer Intern. The Offline Merchandizer will become extensively involved with a variety of projects involved with managing all merchandising and analyzing Merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability of key merchants in the category.
- Evaluate and monitor merchant activities to ensure that vendors registered on the platform upload minimal no of SKU on seller center/marketplace comply with the upload standard
- Handle independently all customers' enquiries, sourcing costing, order placing and shipment to complete sales process
- Calling stock from Brands, tracking deliveries, monitoring allocation
- Weekly reporting on performance of products by category
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Retail systems
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of the Major markets like Idumota, Computer Village, Alaba, Trade Fair etc.
- Good relationship with top distributors in Major markets across different product categories would be an added advantage.
- Completed NYSC.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate complex topics.

- We are looking to recruit an Information Technology (IT) Intern. The IT Support Intern will assist the helpdesk with providing user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms - including troubleshooting problems and advising on appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases simultaneously
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Shift and on-call work may be required
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network connectivity
- Taking staff or clients through series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to Help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
