We are desirous of engaging highly competent, resourceful and talented individuals to join our Flight Service team. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Training Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Type: Full-time Job Description

• Update, print and send the Employee Individual Training Record to various units/ outstations monthly
• Aoallation of all training reports
• Attend to all other assigned duties as directed by the Training Manager and Manager Risk Management Department
• Recieve and forward all training requests to the Training Manager for approval
• Liaise with all instructors on availability to conduct training in line with the approved training calendar
• Update traaining record/schedules after each training is conducted
• Liaise with instructors for the review and update of the training material as necessary
• Collate all training test/exam results and analyse
• Process/ request for production of traianing certificate after completion of the training
• ensure all printed certificates are sent to the certificate registry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of skill levels
• Hardworking and willing to learn in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• B.SC/ HND in a related discipline with a miminum of second class lower
• Minimum of 1year post NYSC work experience
