Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ilorin South, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / OND / HND qualification with 2 - 7 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ilorin South, Kwara

Responsibilities

  • Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
  • Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs.
  • Provide advice on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues.
  • Develop and nurture long term relationship with in house teams and external vendors.
  • Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices knowledge and insights.
  • Execute strategic tasks and monitoring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
  • Two years plus experience in a senior marketing position.

  • Able to effectively and creatively write proposals and reports.

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.

  • Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
  • Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
  • Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
  • Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
  • Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
