Job Title: Human Resources Officer (HRO)
Location: Lagos
Job Duties /Specification
- Conflict resolution
- Recruitment
- Advising on compensation and benefits
- Developing and analyzing training programs in conjunction with supervisors
- Manage performance assessment
- Representing the company in matters with government and regulatory bodies
- Representing the company by membership or participation in professional or similar organizations
- Design, implement and sustain positive employee relations programs that drive high employee engagement and help create a high performing work culture
- Manage and direct safety and health programs
- Managing employee files and data
- Manage facility supplies, PPE and uniforms.
Job Condition:
- Extended work hours
- Employee is required to walk around the premises regularly.

- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar Social Science degrees
Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Duties / Specification
- Assist in writing and developing work procedures
- Maintain daily production output
- Work with team leaders to improve quality and process efficiency
- Train team members when required
- Co-ordinate employee development and cross training to grow empowerment and engagement
- Promote and continually improve safe work practices and environmental performance
- Foster an atmosphere that promotes continuous improvement of employees and process
- Supervise and manage operators and line workers
- Support the safety program through team participation and leadership
- Develop statistical process control systems to ensure consistent product quality
Job Condition:
- Employee is required to stand for long period
- Extended working hours.
