We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- Performs a variety of professional level accounting duties involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying and reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records and reports; maintains the accuracy of the Company’s ledgers and subsidiary financial systems; preparation of budgets, annual audit and year end closing; and provide responsible financial advice to the Management.
Job Roles
The job roles/functions include but not limited to the following:
- Perform a variety of professional accounting functions; maintain accuracy of general, revenue, and expenditure ledgers and subsidiary financial systems.
- Reconcile financial ledgers and records; prepare financial statements and reports, general and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules; research and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and audit all accounts payable; purchase orders, cash receipts, payroll, utility billing and other accounting records and transactions; ensure money is posted to correct accounts and that all accounts balances.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and related journal entries for a variety of accounts.
- Ensure that internal control measures are judiciously followed and reviewed periodically.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date subsidiary creditors and debtor ledger.
- Ensure the timely rendering of statutory returns to appropriate authorities, i.e. PAYE, VAT, and PENSION, etc.
- Supervise store control activities; the monitoring of stock taking, prevention of loss, pilferage and theft.
- Ensure monthly and other supplementary invoices are timely raised, dispatched to the clients and acknowledged copies securely filed.
- Monitor revenue and control expenditures.
- Ensure the timely preparation of payroll, submitted and approved not later than two days (Saturday and Sunday not included) to the pay day.
- Overseeing accounting activities in all branches, ensuring that all processes are simultaneous and replicated nationwide.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in a related position
- Must be a Chartered accountant- ACA , ACCA
- Knowledge about private security industry.
- Minimum of BSc/ HND
- Master's will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Assistant Manager, Operations (Private Security)
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring, detecting, remediating, and containing security threats, including security systems administration and security incident response.
- Assist in overseeing the recruiting, deployment and training of highly qualified security operations personnel.
- Manage the operational routine of each shift, which includes; arrange cover for dropped shifts; production of local operational records, reports and returns, ensuring compliance to client and company procedures.
- Supervision of designated staff, ensuring duties are performed in accordance with training, assignment instructions and local Standard Operating Procedures in a professional manner.
- Task the security officers to carry out their duties and brief them as required (including recording daily pre-shift briefings).
- Ensure efficient use of staff and equipment in accordance with assigned instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Engage in night patrol to the beats at least twice in a month.
- Implement all processes and procedures in line with both client and company standards and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure operatives are correctly and smartly kitted (including PPE where appropriate).
- Ensure all equipment are in good working order.
- Production of reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, survey, client reports).
- Accurate record keeping of incidents and escalate it to the client in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of records associated with duties while highlighting areas of concern to the operations manager.
- Ensure that full training and personnel records are maintained for all company personnel.
- Engage in revenue drive, collection of cheques/cash from clients and depositing same within 12hours in the Company’s account.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc/HND in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in a private security company.
- Ex-Military, Ex Paramilitary are encouraged to apply

Job Title: Security Patrol Supervisor (Bike Rider)
Location: Abuja
Job Descriptions
The job roles of the Operations Supervisor include but not limited to the following:
- Job holder will patrol all beat with Motorcycle.
- Coordinate all labour, equipment and material resource requirements needed at client sites.
- Ensure the strict implementation and monitoring of any strategic initiatives of the Company, reporting same to relevant authority
- Provide support to other guards working at client site.
- Coordinate and oversee patrols to allotted locations and perform security walkthroughs of client’s sites, while making necessary observation and submitting reports.
- Coordinate the patrols to allotted locations and conducting physical checks on the guards by assessing their turnout on a daily basis, making necessary updates.
- Oversee the monitoring of the daily occurrence book (DOB) and the attendance register.
- Oversee and ensure the prompt delivery and return of correspondence
- Generate reports as applicable (i.e. monthly, special obs, survey and clients report)
- Daily update of time sheet in the beats and prompt of same to the Accounts department.
- Build excellent client relationship between the Company and the clients.

Job Requirements
Education/Qualification:
- A minimum of ND in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a private security outfit
Knowledge, Skill and Ability (KSA’s):
- Excellent communication, facilitation, writing, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
- Able to record and report incidents as well as producing accurate general reports.
- Competent in the use of IT systems.
- Ability to manage staff.
