Job Title: Accounts Clerk
Location:
Sango-Ota and Agege - Lagos
The Job

  • Involves processing invoice on orders generated, keeping records of sales transaction and reconciliation of account and stocks.
Responsibilities
  • Processing Invoice on order generated by sales representatives.
  • Keeping records of sales transactions.
  • Reconciliation of account and stocks.
  • Verify, organize, process and store an organization’s financial records.
  • Produce reports and reconcile any differences found in records as needed
  • Required to keep accurate records, be detail oriented and be able to spot financial errors made by others.
  • Provide accounting support for the financial reporting unit.
  • Handle accounts payable duties, enter daily worksheets to the general ledger system, assist accounting personnel and ensure files are complete and maintained as needed.
Requirements
Candidate must;
  • Have a minimum of ND in Accounting.
  • Be passionate about building a career in accounting and must possess a keen attention to details.
  • Performance driven with the ability to deliver time-bound results.
  • Must be committed to excellence.
  • Carry out any other task as may be assigned by the Sales and Account department.
  • Minimum work experience of about 1-2 years with an FMCG organization.
  • Be resident in the location within Sango-ota, Agege vicinity.
Remuneration
The position offers a competitive salary package and is commission driven.




Job Title: Van Sales Representative
Location: Sango-ota and Oshodi - Lagos
Job Description
  • Involves the generation of demand/sales of high quality but cost-effective sanitary products in the public market and other relevant establishments.
Responsibilities
  • Expected to drive sales.
  • Implement the company’s sales strategies from time to time.
  • Ensure adherence to company’s policies and procedures at all times.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Follow-up and make sure that payment is made into the company’s account.
  • Making sure customers are properly registered with the company.
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationship between the customer and the company and any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potentials, track sales and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements
Candidate must;
  • Be a graduate (B.Sc or HND) in a relevant discipline.
  • Be passionate about building a career in sales job and able to drive.
  • Minimum work experience of about 1-3 years with an FMCG organization.
  • Be resident in the location applied for or be willing to relocate if not.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Performance driven with the ability to deliver time-bound results.
  • Be an aggressive smart-worker that is committed to excellence.
  • Must be eloquent, persuasive and have an enviable communication skill.
  • Have a good knowledge of the routes in the location of operation.
