Job Title: HR Officer - Production
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Reporting Line: This role reports to the Human Resource Manager
Details
- Assist with the preparation of the Manpower Plan needs of the factory
- Source and recruit new hires
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation/ induction to foster positive attitude toward the company goals.
- Manage employee data and prepare report on employee turnover rate.
- Advice management on employee relations issues and carry out disciplinary actions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and ensures effective administration.
- Handle all personnel transactions such as leave request, absenteeism confirmations, promotions, transfers.
- Administer benefits programs such health (HMO), pension plans, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance programs.
- Impute, administer and distribute employee’s payroll.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and prepare reports at the conclusion of the appraisals and also ensure implementation of recommended actions
- Prepare training calendar and administer trainings as needed
- Prepares employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation.
Job Requirements
- First Degree from a reputable higher institution
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Professional certification in human resources from a recognized professional body (e.g. CIPD, HRCI, CIPM, SHRM)
- Have an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Possess good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Can work comfortably with Microsoft Office;
- Show a customer-focused attitude,
- Have excellent communication, people skills and aptitude in problem-solving
Job Title: Retail Product Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Direct Reports To: Buying and Merchandising General Manager
Main Objective of the Job
- Retail Product manager's purpose is to ensure product availability in stores which satisfy customer requirements and deliver the right product mix to customers at the store level and also to meet current and future sales.
Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome
- Merchandising Inter-Stores Movement Consolidation
- Responsible for ensuring transfer of merchandise from slow selling stores to fast selling stores (Inter-stores transfer or consolidation)
- Responsible for ensuring consolidation of stock is done for peak seasons by the stores team and merchandising allocation team/Product analysts
- Warehouse to Stores Merchandising Allocation Movement
- Responsible for ensuring all allocated merchandise to stores are done on time before the target sales season
- Responsible for ensuring all allocated merchandise to stores are delivered and received by the stores team before the target sales season
- Warehouse Merchandise Replenishment Movement to Stores
- Responsible for ensuring timely merchandise replenishment requisitions by stores sales team by doing daily stores check calls on product gaps
- Responsible for ensuring timely merchandise replenishment for stores by warehouse team
- Responsible for ensuring production team deliver products timely to warehouse to ensure timely delivery to stores
- Responsible for ensuring the pick-up and delivery logistics for the movement of merchandise from the warehouse to stores is done smoothly
- Merchandising Stock Movement Monitoring in Stores
- Responsible for tracking daily, weekly and monthly stores stock movement imbalances for each product department, class, sub-class, colour and age range
- Responsible for tracking daily, weekly and monthly stock-out risk using inventory to sales ratio for each product departmental class, sub-class, colour and age range and recommend stock movement
- Responsible for tracking and managing movement of must-have stock for each stores based on product departmental class, sub-class, colour and age range
- Merchandise Movement for Product Life Cycle Plan Execution
- Responsible for recommending consistent slow selling product to fashion styling team for new look creation and matching stories and also manage the movement of the merchandise
- Responsible for recommending consistent slow selling product for big summer sales
- Responsible for advising buying team on buying risk by identifying products with high chances of becoming least favorite or worst sellers
- Recommend re-pricing and special discounts on slow selling products that have a high chance of becoming consistently worst sellers
- Execute markdown process for product under life cycle management and provide pre and post markdown sales impact report
Store Visitation:
- Responsible for Store Visitation Product Assessment Audit
- Regular visit to stores to keep abreast with merchandise gaps
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting or any related discipline.
- Merchandising training certification is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar retail management role
- Strong Data Analytics Knowledge
- Knowledgeable in managing wide product range
- Knowledgeable in kids clothing trends
- Knowledgeable in retail sales data analysis
- Merchandising analysis
- Visual merchandising
- RetailPro knowledge would be an added advantage

Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Lagos
Details
- Coordinate and facilitate online sales and website development.
- Maintain and update online marketing.
- Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
- Coordinate and facilitate end to end online sales for delivery and payment
- Build traffic and sales via the website
- Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
- Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
- Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
- Manage the supply chain Online sales development
- Coordinate online sales.
