Job Description

  • Working as part of our advertising agency, the senior creative strategists would be required to develop and presents strategic marketing recommendations for a range of clients while working and supervising other analysts & associates
  • The role is a busy one, ensuring quality is never compromised.

Duties

  • Come up with a broad understanding of the client and their needs
  • Collaborate with various teams and generating original ideas
  • Create content briefs of the agreed-upon strategies
  • Utilize any research and data for future sales strategies
  • Analyze new data to update the program's status
  • Research & gather data to develop well- informed strategic plans for clients
  • Presenting findings to senior staff members and client

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-12 years working experience in a BTL / Creative agency ( A MUST)
  • Good knowledge of creative advertising and how strategy influences it.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client
  • The ability to make complex subjects understandable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

  • We are recruiting to fill our Account position to support the growth of our firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes.
  • Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
  • Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing and processing payments.
  • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Conducts reconciliation of all account as the need arises.
  • Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis and summarization of data.
  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports as required by Management.
  • Liaise with banks and investors to source credit facilities to fund projects.
  • Manage employee payroll and taxes.
  • File necessary state and federal tax schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

Job Title: Art Director

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an Art Director who would be responsible for creating visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs and relaying them to the Creative Director/ account management team. This involves all media platforms including but not limited to:
    • Digital communications, websites, mobile apps and email
    • Marketing campaigns & materials
    • Press and print advertising
    • Branding and corporate identity designs
  • The Art Director need to be a natural visual thinker, ready to expand on his/her skills and learn from Senior Art Director to flourish.
  • Often working with a copywriter and Strategy team to develop ideas and concepts, the job demands the confidence to creatively assertive ideas and the passion to sell ideas to peers and clients. The art director will also have some responsibility to help develop the design offering of an agency. Pro-active in approach, and with a genuine understanding of the visual medium, the role is very ‘hands-on’ and often busy.

Primary Duties

  • Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
  • Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas
  • Working with the Creative Director and Account Managers to establish appropriate creative directions
  • Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
  • Working with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights
  • Developing interactive design;

Education and Work Experience

  • Graduate Degree in Graphics Design from a reputable Higher Institution
  • Minimum of Four to Eight (4 - 8) years of relevant work experience in an ATL/Creative Agency or production company. ( A MUST )

Skills Required:

  • An understanding of creative design and layout
  • Strong skills with design software such as In-Design, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc
