Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities
- Receive and confirm finished goods from production department per shift
- Arrange and label finished goods per Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) in designated places in a manner that will allow for FIFO issuance
- Issuance of finished goods to Logistics unit for delivery to customers based on FIFO
- Receive and update records of retum goods to the warehouse
- Keep records for all receipts and issuances
- Monitor finished good transactions on SAP
- Constantly monitor that stock are arranged and rearranged for FIFO issuance
- Ensure finished goods do not expire in the warehouse
- Ensure no damage to finished goods as a result of handling
- Update and send reports to the Warehouse Manager
- Conduct and participate in stock counts and reconciliation
Qualification/Experience
- B.Sc/HND/OND Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of SAP an be an advantage
- Previous Store management experience.

Job Title: Production Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record- keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

- Develop and execute procurement policies, processes and strategies aligned with broad organisation objectives
- Review and execute improved procedures to maintain the efficiency of our sourcing operations
- Engage effectively with all departments to understand and specify requirements with a view to delivering promptly on business needs
- Identity, negotiate and realize cost saving initiatives that deliver value in the procurement of goods and services for the organisation

Job Title: Laboratory Analyst

- Carry out daily chemical analysis following Standard Operating Procedures (S.OPs)
- Calibrate and maintain equipment used for laboratory analysis
- Attend to regulatory agents and customers on official inspection and audit visits

- Ensure strict safety procedures and food quality control checks
- Maintain laboratory records and inventory for supplies and reagents.
Qualification/Experience
- B.Sc/HND Food Science/ Industrial Chemistry/Food Sciences and technology/Laboratory sciences or equivalent experience/education combination.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work related experience.

Job Title: Store Officer

- Ensure materials are received as specified on approved Purchase Order
- Ensure timely documentation of receipts in appropriate records as stated in the SOP
- Ensure that delivery documents are dispatched to designated departments for payment processing
- Ensure materials are issued promptly upon presentation of approved requisition/work order
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, annual stock take arid variance reconciliation is conducted
- Monitor reorder levels to avoid stock out
- Ensure that storage space is well utilized, organized, labelled and kept tidy
- Ensure periodic stock reports are sent to the Store Manager and relevant parties
