About Us

We are a leading quarrying company seeking an experienced and skilled Quarry Operations Manager to oversee our quarry processes, pit management, and plant operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire quarry production process, from pit to plant
Manage and coordinate quarry operations, including extraction, processing, and transportation
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
Lead and manage a team of quarry staff, providing guidance and training as necessary
Install, maintain, and uninstall equipment and machinery as needed
Ensure optimal quarry performance, efficiency, and safety

Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in quarry process, pit, and plant management
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of successfully managing quarry production from end to end
Strong knowledge of quarry operations, including extraction, processing, and transportation
Excellent leadership and management skills
