Regal Business Limited is a leading and growing FMCG company with operations in Lagos (Gbagada and Okota).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Physically inspect both in-process and finished items at each stage to confirm conformity to specifications.
• Enforcing strong, visible hygiene standards throughout the process line
• Ensuring that proper dress codes are followed across the factory.
• Carry out such duties as management may assign from time to time.
• Identify and report any harmful workplace practices or situations, including defective equipment or facilities.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures (including wearing any essential personal protection).
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Throughout the factory, check process temperatures and product weights; document and address nonconformance.
• Monitor and inspect production lines to ensure that quality and package integrity are within specifications.

Educational Experience and Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in Food Science and Technology
• Minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Good experience in the food production, especially in the bakery department.
