We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the project for smooth running of ongoing construction on the site according to specifications of the project as directed.
• Able to ensure projects meets agreed specifications, cost, time and quality.
• Able to interpret structural drawings, provide technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to.

Job Requirements

• Experience in ensuring that projects are executed within legislative, terms of contract and company requirements.
• Experience in overseeing building works.
• Familiar with setting out and organizing site.
• Experience in supervising sub-contractor and artisan from start to completion of the project.
• In-depth understanding of building construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
