Job Description

• The Program Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of YPHO’s programs. This includes planning, coordinating, and evaluating program activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of program activities.
• Coordinate with field staff, partners, and donors to ensure smooth implementation.
• Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting.
• Ensure effective implementation of project activities, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare program reports and assist in monitoring and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in development studies, public health, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in program management, preferably with an NGO.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
