We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the production is carried out as per SOP.
• Monitor and report any unsafe condition/unsafe act immediately and take steps to resolve the same.
• Report and escalate breakdown issues to Maintenance and follow up for timely resolution to ensure minimum loss of production.
• Collate and provide inputs on production issues/manufacturing feasibility for the line 
• Train production operators to achieve company objectives. 
• Responsible for end to end production of Extruded Jelly/Similar High technology line
• Maintain good house-keeping always.
• Monitor process parameters, ensure adherence to process parameters and train the operative
• Generation of necessary reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Requirements

• A Graduate Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering related field.
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
• Strong stake-holders Management & Influencing skills.
• Empathy balanced with firmness.
• Passionate to grwo team - Good Report Writing skills.
