Production Supervisor at Global Alliance for Chemical Industry (GACI)

Global Alliance for Chemical Industry (GACI), is an agrochemical manufacturing entity in Nigeria that formulates and produces high-quality technical grade herbicides and insecticides.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to workers
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Take daily head count and track workers attendance
• Submit reports on production andperformance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new workerson how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel)
• Organizational and leadership abilities
