Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• An outstanding Production Manager works with manufacturing and production departments to monitor production making sure no under shipment on over shipment of products are made.
• Ultimately ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers, monitor the production processes, adjust schedules and knows how to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly to different audiences.

Their major Job Duties includes:

• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders.
• Skilled at planning and coordination.
• Assemble goods onproductionlines.
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.
• Pack goods for shipping.
• Production manager is in charge of the quality and volume of the product before being shipped out for market distribution.
• Monitor production of the company.
• Ensure all activities fall within budget or quota.
• Ability to solve problems quickly.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-10 years work experience.
• Industry-Related Experience, Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills.
• Customer related course of study.
• OND / HND / B.Sc in Managerial and a Degree in Business Management
• Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships.
• Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
