Description

• We are looking for an individual who has effective communication and analytic skills to join the product management team.
• The role entails working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out our payment collection product which delivers the company’s vision and strategy.
• The individual will be required to manage the entire life cycle of the product as well as oversee product, pricing, and positioning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Engage with banking partners, card schemes, and clients to enhance the working relationship between these parties and Multigate
• Be responsible for preparing product pitch deck and product marketing materials and ensuring the accuracy of the information captured therein
• Assist with special projects as assigned by your line manager.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product
