Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting for a Plant Engineer who will be responsible for implementing preventive, emergency repair and maintenance procedures and also lead productivity enhancements through project-based activities.

Role Requirements

• MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CAD and process design.
• Experience with FMEA, Kaizen/A3, and error proofing techniques.
• Significant experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in soap manufacturing.
• Professional accreditation preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
