Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Photographer/Videographer to join our team on a full-time basis.
• In this role, you will play a vital part in capturing stunning visuals, telling compelling stories, and bringing our clients' vision to life through the art of photography and videography.

Responsibilities

• Capture High-Quality Visuals: Utilize your expertise in photography and videography to produce exceptional content that meets the creative brief and aligns with the clients' objectives.
• Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for photo and video shoots that align with client goals and brand aesthetics.
• Pre-production Planning: Coordinate and plan all aspects of shoots, including location scouting, prop selection, talent acquisition, equipment preparation, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution.
• Storytelling: Understand and convey the intended message and story through visual content, incorporating suitable angles, lighting, composition, and narrative techniques.
• Post-production: Conduct thorough video and photo editing, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate color correction, and alignment with clients' expectations.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and manage photography/videography equipment, ensuring proper functionality, organization, and cleanliness.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, creative team members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Shooting and Editing: Utilize professional equipment and software to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, applying creative techniques, post-production effects, and color grading to enhance visual impact.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and equipment in photography and videography, and apply them to enhance our creative offerings.

Requirements

• Professional Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in both photography and videography, showcasing a diverse range of work.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in operating a wide range of professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro).
• Creativity and Visual Sensibility: A keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and aesthetics, with the ability to tell compelling stories through visuals.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate ideas clearly, and adapt to evolving creative requirements.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work in various locations, often on short notice, and adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, instructions, and feedback.
