We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ajao Estate / Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager / executive
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines

Qualification & Experience

• Candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree, HND, Master's Degree, NCE or OND qualification
• Must have at least 1 year & above experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N200,000 / Month
