We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Personal Assistant

Locations: Bode-Thomas, Shitta, Marsha, Akilo, Itire, Ijesha, and its environs Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties
The PA must be able to do the following:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Run errands for the MD as might be needed from time - to - time
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Take minutes of meetings while with a proposed Client
  • Draft Research works
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Readiness to carry out any other task as may be assigned

Salary
NGN50,000 - 70,000 / Month.
