- This position requires a candidate with vast experience in Oil & Gas and or with strong FMG experience in Senior Management, operational, technical and commercial practices.
- The candidate must have the capacity to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and work in a team environment.
- The candidate must have worked in a similar role for at least 10 years at Senior Management / Board level in a reputable company and with overall working experience of not less than 25 years.
- This position will report to the Board and have the ultimate responsibility for the Company’s performance.
Qualifications and Key Accountabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or other relevant disciplines from a reputable University.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Business Administrations and other relevant fields would be an advantage.
- Must be above 45 years of age but not more than 60 years

Description and Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of Operational and Technical Practices in an E & P company.
- He is expected to have an in-depth knowledge of offshore and swamp drilling and completion operations.
- The candidate must be able to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, work in a team environment, and be able to effectively communicate within and outside the company.
- He must have worked In a managerial position for at least 10 years in a reputable E &P company and overall E & P experience of not less than 20 years.
Qualifications and Key Accountabilities
- Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a core engineering discipline.

- Plan, organize, coordinate and optimally manage the overall implementation of company's drilling and well completion operations, ensuring design and well activities are optimized, understood, planned, resourced and managed within agreed times and budgets

- Must also be competent in conceptual design, FEED, and detailed engineering design, including but not limited to the development /review of PFDs & P&lDs, facility revamps, optimization.
- Debottle necking of Crude Oil Processing Platforms/Flowstation, and Crude Oil Stabilization System.

Job Title: Safety and Security Coordinator

Key Accountabilities
- Manage and coordinate all Security and Safety functions within the company
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of HSE and Security plans, programs and activities. conduct regular HSE audit, accident and incident investigation and reporting.
- Oversee all environment-related studies (EIA, EES, PEA) etc.
- Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the location by conducting HSE trainings for employees/contractor personnel and educating workers about site-specific safety measure.
