Key Areas of Accountability:
- Digital Media, Comms and Publications Officer will raise the profile of Save the Children through the creative and diversified use of graphics design; social media; web and high quality publications layout and design.
- S/he will ensure that the branding and communication guidelines of Save the Children are uniformly and consistently followed across the Nigerian Country Office internal and external publications design and digital media.

Publications, Content Design and Layout:

Experience and Skills
- Graduated with Degree in Digital Marketing and Communication; Graphic Design; Media Studies; Journalism; and Mass Communication or in any related field from a recognised higher educational institution

- Proven experience of developing and managing the production of communications materials for INGOs or other similar organisations. Can produce accurate, clear and consistent information and communication outputs relating to both programme support and humanitarian situation
- Proven graphic designing experience. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

- The person is responsible for the day to day implementation of education projects in Yobe state northeast Nigeria.
- The Education assistants provide both operations and field monitoring relating to Education in Emergencies projects.
- The job holder engagement with relevant Education stakeholders including; SUBEB, Local education Authorities (LEAs), and ministry of education, School head teachers and teachers within the targeted schools.
- The job holder will also be working closely with community leaders, religious leaders as well as community member.

- Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as project deliveries, storage, transport and distribution at the site and verify if the amounts received, distributed and losses have been properly recorded.
