We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidate must be a FEMALE for gender balance.
  • 3 years working experience as Office or Admin Assistant
  • Candidate must be very conversant with MS Excel
