We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Abuja

Job Description 

  • To welcome, receive guests and direct them to the approprate office. 
  • To organize the office and assist colleagues in ways to optimize procedures.
  • To monitor level of supplies, keep an inventory of same and handle shortages by replacing same when necessary. 
  • To resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues. 
  • General cleaning of the entire facility, by cleaning, dusting and mopping.
  • To answer official phone calls
  • To receive and sort incoming and outgoing mails, scan, file and send them via email.
  • To run official errands within and outside the office. 
  • To keep attendance record and prepare a monthly report of same to the HR. 
  • To photocopy, print and scan documents. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
