Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize data capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets.
- Entering, uploading, and updating data swiftly and accurately
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up.
- Engaging visitors via email, live chat, and phone
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
Requirements
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office Word and Excel (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career).
- 1+ years’ experience in the relevant field.

Job Title: Spanish language Instructor (Remote/Online)

- As the demand for our services has grown, we are looking to hire online Spanish language instructors to support our students. This will be a fully remote part-time engagement with classes taking place typically in the late evenings and on weekends. Students are usually organized in very small groups (1-3) and so the instruction is personal and effective. Students may typically be anywhere between the 1st grade and the 7th grade (nominal ages 5 through 12).
- We are seeking TRAINED Spanish language instructors that can effectively interact with our young students. Our STRONG preference is for Spanish language instructors with experience teaching very young students. Applicants MUST have very reliable broadband internet access as well as a computer with a webcam (not just a phone) to access our online classroom environment. Instructors would also be expected to have a headset to ensure effectiveness in the online tutorial process.

Job Description
- This position will focus on expanding institutional service by introducing our programs and services to students, families, and schools to enable increased access to our training & tutorial services. This is a remote function and will not require a commute to an office.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for introducing, establishing, and developing relationships with students, families, and institutions that facilitate the uptake of our services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all of the following:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a teacher and/or school administrator.
- Hands-on experience working with students in an educational or tutorial setting.
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter who can drive an outreach effort independently and with little direct supervision.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize the outreach effort.
- Outstanding knowledge of our programs and services and how they support the needs of families and the mission of other educational institutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical information and to summarize that information.
- Ability to confer with coworkers to determine needed actions.
- Clear interest in education as a vector for personal improvement and communal development, and a curiosity about the world at large.
- Access to reliable broadband internet connectivity and a functioning laptop or desktop to enable effective operation.
