  • This position leads the finance department to control general accounting, manage cash flow, prepare budget and forecast, analyze financial statements, generate financial reports, administer company’s tax affairs and share other functional work required by the company’s management.
The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies
  • Responsible for the financial systems of the company,
  • Review and control day to day accounting operations, Inventory control, Cash management etc.
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Prepare the company’s annual financial statement.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Competency Requirements:
  • First Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Familiar with ERP system and office software.
  • Minimum 8 -10 years’ experience of which at least 4 must be in a senior management financial position
  • Must have ICAN or ACCA.

  • The Administration Officer is responsible for general office administrative functions as well as the coordination and management of the warehouse
The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Responsible for all office administration issues- office allocation, cleaning and maintenance, furniture, fixtures and repairs.
  • Responsible for all communication and ICT issues – managing the company’s post office mail bag and all telecommunications issues.
  • Manages the company’s fleet
  • Coordinates staff travels and provides logistics for company guests – pickups from and to airport, accommodation, feeding and transportation logistics etc
Competency Requirements
  • First Degree in Humanities , Arts or any of the Management Sciences
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years’ professional experience in an administrative position.
