Job Title: Stabber Technician
Location: Nationwide
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Bucking Jobs on Rig-site & in Yard for Casing & Completion Assemblies Testing.
- Maintenance & Repairing of Hydraulic Equipment (Power Units, Power Tongs, FMS, RMS), Air Operated Equipment (Spiders slips & Elevators, Bowl & slips) & Manual Handling Tools.
- Good knowledge of Working Principals & troubleshooting of Hydraulic Powered Equipment, Directional Controls, Pressure & Volume controls, Hydraulic Actuators, Reservoir & Fluid conditioners, Hydraulic Fluids.
- Run casing and tubing with tong (2.375 to 26)
- Operate casing / Tubing tong to run in hole Stab pipe Prepare ticket and carry out other operations on the rig.
Qualification
- Experience in drilling and completions, fluids products and services.
Job Title: Shore Base Manager
Location: Nationwide
Job Description
- The Shore base Manager will in conjunction with the Offshore Operations Manager exercise control over all upstream activities, ensuring excellent operational delivery and highest standards of services provided by contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and work closely with relevant functional groups both internal and external to optimize Logistics and Shore Base efficiency and reliability in supporting customers in the region.
- Conduct daily contractor morning meeting to review and communicate the daily marine vessel movement and future plans to optimize logistics utilization.
- Provide general supervision and direction to various sub-groups in carrying out their daily activities in the most effective manner and objectives are met at all times.
- Foster teamwork, productive effort and continuous improvement suggestions both within group supervised, co-worker or peers and cross-functionally in pursuit of organization plan and objective goals.
- Liaise regularly with various materials coordinators both internal and contractors and vendors to maximize productive works.
- Collaboration with relevant personnel to ensure all materials supplies and equipment required at offshore are ordered and shipped in a cost effective/efficient manner.
- Effective planning and coordinating with dock and transportation section, various materials coordinators and contractors to ensure all planned cargoes are loaded in a timely manner as scheduled.
- Oversees and coordinates with materials management section, service companies and vessel masters on vessel loading and unloading plan included compilation and execution of load-list and load plans on a daily basis.
- Work closely with Offshore Marine Control, Dock Transportation Supervisor and Materials Coordinator in scheduling and managing the daily vessel movement to ensure the vessel port calls are in line with materials requirement in order to optimize vessel turn-around time and reduce potential wasted time.
- Review, screen and approve as required all documents pertaining to facility maintenance, dock & transportation, and radio room, CCTV operations including security service order, materials requisitions, time sheet, contract requisition, invoices, etc in the absent of Offshore Operations Manager.
- Prepare, manage and monitor operating budget for Shore Base operations as assigned.
- Create safe work environment and work conditions at all facilities operated by Shore Base through OEMS and Managing Safe Work Practices.
- Establish KPI’s and goals for groups supervised in conjunction with Offshore Operations Manager and subordinates as well as develop Shore base annual business plan, strategy and objective in conjunction with Offshore Operations Manager
Key Requirements
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical, Marine or Production Engineering or related field
- Experience in drilling and completions fluid products and services
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience 5 of which is in a related industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously including prioritizing, organizing and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.

Job Title: Offshore Field Specialist
Location: Nationwide
Key Responsibilities
- Job preparation, pre- and post-job checks, load out, rig up and rig down, and field maintenance of equipment.
- Assemble pipes, hoses and pumping equipment using hand tools with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to handle technical tasks in harsh environmental conditions and capable of performing strenuous physical labour.
- Must operate company equipment in a safe manner, observing all Company and government regulations and arrive at job site or other designated destination at scheduled time.
- Under minimal supervision, receive and follow detailed instructions on how to safely perform intermediate hands-on technical duties for the product line services.
- Maintain proper communications with co-workers and supervisors.
- Maintain regulatory documentation as required.
- Keep industry related certifications updated.

Job Title: Senior Drilling Technician
Location: Nationwide
Job Description/Key Responsibilities
- Support the drilling engineers with planning and designing in order to help drilling operations
- Real time monitoring and capture of learning curves for continuous improvement
- Generate analysis on post drilling operations
- Rig sizing and casing design optimization
- To ensure that Company’s HSE policies are strictly adhered to and followed
- Check and approve invoices (technically)
- Co-ordinate, review and quality check DDRs and DCEs (Cost)
- Ensuring efficiency in drilling operations
- Maintain database and actively participate on the day-to-day operations and ensure that operations are carried out on the rigs as per the programme and as required.

Job Title: TONG Operator
Location: Nationwide
Job Summary
- To visually inspect and ensure the safety of the equipment prior to beginning operations, throughout operations, and upon completion of all operations by means of carrying out all maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the tongs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tong and pumping operations.
- Maintain the correct torque using the tong relief valve (Confirm torque value) and change out tong dies.
- Assist in installing the tong arm and other mechanisms that hold the tong and ensure the equipment is properly secured and maintained, and ensure the height is correct for safe operation.
- Operate lay-down systems, counterbalance winches, and lifting equipment.
- Transport of equipment to and from location to job site.
- Safely operate casing and tubing tongs, power units, and handle tools used in tubular make-up
- Supervise and help with rigging up and down of power tongs, power units, stabbing boards, and tubular handling equipment
- Daily visual inspection of power tong equipment before, during, and after jobs to ensure field readiness and safe operation of equipment
- Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulics lines to the power tong
- Communicate clearly and professionally with rig and operator personnel, complete all required paperwork (including job packets), and troubleshoot equipment on location.
- Rig-up and down equipment using hydraulics to manoeuvre and control the CDS equipment from the drill floor, the cat walk and the transport unit
- Control hydraulics to secure, lift, and connect casing together.
- Work in conjunction with the driller to lower casing into well bore after each joint is screwed together, repeat until total depth is reached
- Maintain a knowledge and awareness of safe working habits and rig safety rules and regulations by picking up and storing all tools in their respective storage areas after using, discarding waste materials and washing down the rig floor and rig floor equipment as often as necessary
- Compliance with all company policies, systems and standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Key Requirements

- Working knowledge of all equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Requires close vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to stand for long period, walk more than 90% of the time and be in repetitive motion.
- Mechanically, hydraulic and electrical inclined.
