Job Title: Modern Trade Manager - Pan Nigeria

Location: Ota, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Make a relationship with the Top Level Head Quarter of Customer
• Forming and Plan for Structure of Team
• Lead and make a motivation Team
• Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned
• Leading the Modern trade sales team
• Take responsibility for the business in Modern trade channel for both local & international chains
• Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains
• Plan and control promotion programs, activities, and Costs. Especially cooperated activities in big Events with Customers
• Allocating the yearly, monthly sales target
• Recruit and train the Sales Team.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years proven work experience as a Modern Trade Manager in the Food & Beverage industry
• Experience managing a high-performance sales team
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
