Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc.
- Must effectively manage different communication channels:resolve customer complaints via all available phone, email.
- Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
- Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously

Job Title: Video Production Intern
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to recruit an up-and-coming videographer who wants to gain real world experience working on media projects that support corporate marketing objectives.
- This internship program is for 3 months and may be extended based on performance.
Components of the program include:
- Assist the Video Production Specialist in the creation and production of media content for the purposes of brand awareness and marketing.
- Complete post-production work including: assembling raw footage, research and assist in script-writing, video cutting and editing, music selection, delivery of rough and final products
- Consult with the director, industry experts, and other stakeholders throughout the post-production process
- Experiment with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements, and the editing of sound and light, to ensure a high-quality viewing experience using video editing equipment.
Requirement
- Skill with After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro
- Ability to take direction and follow video scripts
- Previous or current classes focused on audio/video production
- Proficient with video production equipment (cameras, audio, lighting, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Excellent video production skills
- Interest in technology and digital marketing is a plus.

Job Title: Finance Archive Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
Job Description
- This candidate will be responsible for receiving physical copies of handover note from various hubs – contact delivery assistant for delivery and acknowledge receipt of documents.
Responsibilities
- Maintains archive files under optimum storage conditions to preserve their integrity.
- Maintains security of data by ensuring that any records or documents taken from archived files are returned
- Keep track of documents received from different hubs to avoid misplacing documents.
- Ensures all Vendor documents received are reconciled within 24 hours of receiving packages.
- Follow up on documents not provided by hubs to ensure prompt action is taken and feedback is given within 24 hours
- E-archiving : All proof of returns sorted must be scanned, renamed and saved to Google drive.
- Ensure copy of Vendor documents received are sorted by vendor with alphabet and date respectively then box-file on a daily basis.
- Organizes and verifies original data for archiving.
- Photocopies (or scans) as requested, collates, and checks pagination of raw data.
- Submits original raw data to sponsor with cover letter and list of documents for verification.
- Assigns archive numbers; logs study and archive numbers into computer database.
- Updates and maintains archive index database.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc degree preferred
- 2 - 5 years experience in an office environment with a broad range of administrative experience
- Any similar combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite, to include proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
