Global Masters Trust Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Limited is a cooperative society that is formed and duly registered under the cooperative society regulatory Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and in operations since April 2019. As a cooperative society, we strive to meet the basic needs of all our members in areas such as Welfare financing, Business financing, project financing, and Healthcare financing. To achieve this, we invest our cooperative funds on commercial businesses such as: Sharp Sand Dredging, Sales and Supply Business, Real Estate Development / Properties Investment Business, Civil Engineering Contracts / Consultancy Business, Agriculture Business, Hospitality (Hotel Management and Recreation/ Entertainment Business.

It's also very important for you to know that our cooperative society was founded, owned, and presently been managed by a group of professionals with expertise in business and finance. This group of people makeup our Board of Trustees known and referred to as Global Masters Shareholders Group. They are responsible for the running of the day-to-day business and financial management of the cooperative society.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
• Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
• Assist with the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
• Assist to develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage company social media platforms.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing and financial services.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing position for financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

Remuneration

• Salary: N90,000 monthly
• Commission / Incentive: Very Attractive.
