Job Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand image and drive sales growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, sales oriented and market research.
• You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to enhance the company's reputation, drive quality traffic, and create top-of-mind awareness.
• Implement successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually.
• Allocate funds wisely to achieve marketing goals.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Experiment with various channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, and lead generation.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for websites and blogs.

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or any related field.
• MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Marketing.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Keen strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and software applications.
• Proactivity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in nurturing and managing relationships with customers and clients.
• Strong business intelligence.
• Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Risk assessment skills.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced business environment.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / month.
