Job Title: Marketing & Corporate Communication Executive (Web and Digital)

Purpose of the Job

  • The role is to provide digital marketing service to the organization

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and update corporate websites for Sanlam Life and Sanlam GI
  • Provide digital analytics reports covering Sanlam's activities on all social media platform
  • Manage web-based campaigns to drive traffic to boost engagement and visibility of Sanlam's website
  • Manage the digital agency and act as Co-community Manager for our digital trybe
  • Monitor and analyze corporate websites performance
  • Support customer engagement by addressing and responding to user comments and complaints
  • Monitor and analyze website performance (e.g. traffic, conversions) and ensure functionality and efficiency of websites and web servers
  • Curate and distribute customer newsletter every month or as due
  • Responsible for gathering leads generated through social media platforms

Job Requirements
Academic Qualification & Work Experience:

  • First Degree in any course (Social Sciences, Sciences, Arts etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in similar role but not more than 4 years
  • Digital Marketing experience with a financial service firm (Insurance, Banking, FinTech) will be an added advantage
