Job Title: Marketing Activation Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, develop, and execute Marketing activation plans that are on strategy, on budget, and on time
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
  • Evaluate project results and prepare post-mortem analysis to share with internal and external teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for all agency and client partners, managing expectations and timelines
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment internally and externally
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how to position the Marketing against competitors
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the target audience and how to reach them effectively
  • Write creative briefs that clearly articulate the objectives, strategies, and deliverables for each project
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 6-7 years professional experience in Marketing activation, with a focus on experiential marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful Marketing activation campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Experience working with global Marketings
  • Experience managing a team of Marketing activation specialists
  • Familiarity with graphic design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
