We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Margarine Plant Manager

Locations: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Personnel and plant management
• Proposes production cost optimization
• Submit Viable MI proposals
• Submit and follow the budget
• Resources optimization
• Supervises stock taking.
• Runs materials mass balances
• Responsible for the timely daily plan execution
• Responsible to optimize the lines OEE
• Implement and maintain GMPs and TPM and other subscribed management systems
• Match targets to company targets
• Prepare management report (production, financial)

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in any discipline, preferably Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar role within a multinational organization
• Computer literate
• Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field.
