Job Title: Manager of Projects

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

Manage the develop of CAPEX packages and implementations
Leading role during tender analysis, negotiation and award of contracts to contractors.
Responsible for the administration of contract
Develop Project Execution Plans and other project management deliverables
Manage construction activities to delivery
Monitor and control of project metrics and onward transmission to project Senior Management and other key stakeholders
Responsible for the development of various project reports i.e. Dashboards, Status and progress report.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project team and project engineers
Manage company’s New projects and operations generated projects

Responsibilities

Responsible for the key project KPI constraints - Cost, Schedule, Time, Quality and HSE.
Support procurement of Long lead items and material/equipment
Engineering deliverable delivery
Construction / installation execution
Contract Management Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management
Interface Management
Risk Management
