Job Description

• To handle and effectively engage all mortgage inquiries/queries directed to the Home Loans Unit.
• To solve mortgage product options appropriately in line with identified customer needs.
• To manage the home loan Pre- and Post-approval processes, ensuring each stage is dealt with within the agreed SLA.
• To monitor market trends and customer insights required for product enhancement or new product development. Ensure timely and proper reporting on assigned tasks.
• The job holder will be tasked with working directly with the Head, Home Loans to achieve growth goals in line with the business unit’s risk asset growth strategy.

Qualifications

• First Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Experience in Customer Support, Risk Asset Growth delivery, and Knowledge of the Home loan solution and basic processes would be an added advantage.
