Management Accountant at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria


The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria was established as an umbrella Association for Practitioners of Personnel Management in 1968 as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria. In 1973, it was renamed as Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Finally, Act No 58 of 1992 chartered the Institute.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Lagos

The Purpose of this Job

  • Supporting decision-making by providing appropriate financial information.
  • Duties would include but not limited to; preparing reports, budgets and financial statements, budgetary control, forecasting income and expenditure and liaising with external audit.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Internally Relates with:

  • External Clients
  • Internal Stakeholders

Externally Relates with:

  • Financial Institutions
  • Corporate Organizations.
  • External Auditors and Government regulatory agencies

Key Perfromance Indicators:

  • Operational Targets Preparing reports, budgets and financial statements, budgetary control, forecasting income and expenditure and liaising with external audit

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance or Economics.
  • Member of ICAN - ACA Qualification is required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience and knowledge in SAGE 50.

Other Requirements:

  • Computer Literate: Excel, Word, Outlook Proficient in the use of Finance software’s

Remuneration
Pay Range (Annual Gross) N5,000,000 - N7,000,000
