Job Title: National Warehousing Manager - Raw Material (RM) & Packing Material (PM)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To effectively manage storage of All RM PM supplies; both dry and cold room including but not limited to sugar, milk, concentrates, laminates, shrink films, consumables, etc.
- To ensure timely delivery of RMPM supply to production lines based on the weekly manufacturing plan and monthly S&OP projection.
- Warehouse management of technical stores in line with SOP along with setting up and maintenance of reorder levels
- To draw up and implement the RMPM warehouse management strategy:
- Projection of space requirement both short term and long term
- Implementation of Best-in-Class warehousing standards & practices for each product class
- Implementation of storage types to ensure effective balance between maximum space utilization, storage cost and FMFO/FEFO compliance
- To select and implement warehouse management systems for all RMPM product group including technical store items
- To ensure zero damage and obsolescence of RMPM stock by ensuring FMFO/FEFO, proper handling and timely communication to concerned stakeholders
- Monitoring and working with engineering team to maximize uptime and minimize maintenance of supply chain assets
- To implement effective controls and processes in warehouse inventory management
- To implement flexibility and agility in inventory storage, production line servicing to deal with exceptional situations - natural disaster, external disruption, theft and pilferage, stock contamination, fluctuating inventory in RMPM inflow and outflow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineer graduate with 12 year of work experience / Engineer & MBA with up to 8 year of work experience in an MNC
- Work experience in RMPM Warehousing would be preferred
- Experience in working and implementation of WMS - ERP systems necessary
- Experience and working in mechanized and sophisticated material handling preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Production Manager (Packaging Material & Processing)
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Ensures adherence to Food and Beverage Legislation, ISO certification, Good Manufacturing Practices and other internal and external regulatory compliance.
- Ensures all production personnel meet the requirements of Good Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing practices.
- Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimization projects in Production.
- Effectively apply business performance review management routine.
- Prepare, present and circulate daily production plan and ensures adherence.
- Analyse cost center variance and investigate ways to improve cost performance.
- Ensures production of products with high quality, while providing optimal usage of labour and materials with maximized utilization of production lines.

Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Achievement of Sales Target:
- Develop sales plan & programmes to ensure sales objective is achieved or exceeded
- Ensure proper budgeting control and monitoring of sales performance against plan
- Provide distributors and customers in the Area with information about new or improved products and services, price change in order to improve sales in the region
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base
Revenue/ Cash Management:
- Manage receipt of revenues from customers
- Ensure daily cash lodgments at the local bank
- Efficient control of cash and stock at depots/area.
- Drive debt management strategies
Channel Coverage:
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products
- Continuous search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
- Proactively monitor each sales depot performance in terms of cost, sales and shares toward achievement of plan and efficiency of resource utilization
- Ensure adequate product supply and optimum deployment of distribution fleet
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and competitor activity
- Monitor In- bar activation & commando sales
Strategic Support:
- Provide support for RBMs to ensure achievement of sales goals and objectives
- Execute sales promotional programmes on behalf of the RBM
- Ensure brand visibility to promote sales by liaising with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the Area
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales report
- Provide periodic feedback to sales and marketing team on branch key performance issues
Coaching & Mentoring:
- Setting sales target for team members
- Track fieldmax usage by sales team
- Appraise and update skills and performance of sales force
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are adhered too
Stock Maintenance:
- Co-ordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Area in order to meet the sales delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 year sales experience
- HND/B.Sc degree in any discipline

Job Title: Regional Business Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management:
- Forecast sales for the Region in alignment with company goals and sales trend of the region
- Set sales target for each area within the region
- Ensure products are available in the right mix in all areas to meet customers demand
- Monitor region’s revenue and cost to achieve regional profitability
- Analyze sales achievement report to address situations leading to unfavorable variances
- Provide necessary logistics support for sales force along with exemplary leadership and motivational focus to the Area sales team.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes;
- Survey customer needs and trends
- Track competitor’s performance & products with a view to developing the right strategies to position the company
- Elevate existing distributors to Sales Partners based on performance
- Supervise existing sales partners performance & provide support where necessary
- Guide ASMs to develop & expand customer base
- Collate & analyze reports for monthly sales & marketing meeting
Stock Management:
