Job Title: PREMISES TECHNICIAN
Main Responsibilities:
- Performs repairs and maintenance on the premises including plumbing, carpentry, electricity, mechanic, and welding according to capabilities and competences
- In case the need is above technical capabilities, refers to Administrative Assistant and/or Administrator and assists in defining the works to be done and follows up with Logistics for quotations and works to be outsourced where necessary.
- Monitors premises service suppliers in case of an external intervention in ICRC premises.
- Checks regularly critical points on premises including electricity, safety, passive security (walls, gates, lights) water circulation, sewage, and reports to Administrative Assistant and/or Administrator for swift correction.
- Ensures that safety measures are being adhered to at all times
- Follows up, performs and / or supervises external supplier’s regular maintenance performance including: Air conditioning service, water tanks service, compound cleaning (trees, grass, blocks, trenches), and pest control
- Performs purchases related to premises (tools, consumables, small equipment, services) under supervision of the logistician.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical/Tartiary Education in any technical field (plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc)
- Secondary School or Equivalent
- Similar work experience desirable
- Good physical condition
- Good command of English

Job Title: PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Main Responsibilities:
- • Participate in the organization of the physiotherapy department to allow a smooth running of patient treatment.
- • Manage the different physiotherapy treatments required for the patient receiving services at the hospital
- • Keep proper physiotherapy activities records and statistics and provide reports as required
- • Train and supervise the local physiotherapists and to introduce safe physio techniques where possible into the hospital project.
- • Identify and thoroughly asses amputee patients for prosthetic/orthotic rehabilitation and ensures appropriate referrals.
- • Ensures reporting all the duties as physiotherapist in patient files and statistics
- • Assures the maintenance of physiotherapy tools and equipment, repairs and replacements
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the relevant physiotherapy board
- BSC physiotherapy certificate or higher from recognised institution
- 3-5 years work experience in clinical physiotherapy setting
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills
- Good temperament, well-mannered and behaved

Job Title: OPERATION THEATRE NURSE
Main Responsibilities:
- Works in close collaboration with the ICRC Mobile OT Nurse in ensuring surgical patients scheduled for surgery are accorded timely care.
- Ensures that safe standard/procedures are practised during surgical procedures in accordance with ICRC/International standard
- Ensures the operation suite is ready for emergency/scheduled operations
- Performs the roles of Scrub Nurse/First assistant/Circulating Nurse as per the need.
- Embraces the principles of aseptic technic in all intra-operative surgical procedures.
- Ensures surgical instruments are decontaminated / sterilised according to the ICRC / State standards.
- Supervises support staff and clinical staff working in the ICRC OT Block
- Contributes to weekly /monthly operational report.
- Provides Statistics when requested by the Hospital Project Manager
- Flexible to perform other tasks as assigned

- Registered Nurse with 2-3 years of experience with specific qualification and anaesthesia.

Job Title: ANAESTHETIC NURSE
Main Responsibilities:
- Trains and supervises the local Anaesthetists nurses and to introduce safe anaesthetic techniques where possible into the hospital project
- Assists the mobile anesthesiologist in performing anesthesia during surgical operations, in accordance with the internationally/ICRC recognized anesthesia standards
- Contributes to the initial assessment of the daily organisation of the anaesthesia and ICU department in the hospitals visited by the team
- Establishes a sound working relationship with the hospital staff involved in emergency care
- Contributes to good stock control and efficient use of hospital equipment
- Participates in hospital staff meetings as ICRC representative
- Compiles clinical data from Anaesthesia department
