Responsibilities
Duties for the HR Officer will include:

  • Recruitment
  • Attendance management
  • Enhancing staff performance
  • Supporting employee development
  • Running orientation and on boarding procedures
  • Designing succession plans
  • Maintaining staff relations
  • Updating policies and practices
  • Overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant course.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 2years
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in the mobile phone Industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / Month

 

 



Job Title: Trainer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Training Organization
  • Organize training activities
  • Assist management trainee management plan
  • Training and teaching.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • 2 - 4 years experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
