Job Title: Building Management System Operator (Data Centre)

Job Description
- Ability to monitor and report of all electrical systems (Energy Meters, UPS, PDU, Feeders & Transformers) Reading and Consumption According to daily, weekly and monthly.
- Ability to monitor and report of all mechanical systems (Chillers, CRAH / CRAC, AHU, Access Control etc.), daily, weekly and monthly.
- Ability to prepare and submit of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix day to day operational problems pertaining to BMS system.
- Ability to support for reviews & audits, audit tracker updating and coordination.
- Ability to ensure that the team is meeting the SLAs with internal clients in all aspects.
- Ability to support and ensure that all applicable security standards – including the ISO9001, ISO27001 (ISMS), PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) are duly complied with for quality assurance.
Requirements
- A minimum of HND in Electrical and Electronics or other relevant disciplines with at least 5 years work experience in operating a Data Centre plant monitoring system
- Similar Experience in a Data Centre Company is Required.

Job Description
- Ability to assist in the monitoring of all Data Centre critical systems and undertake instruction and actions that ensure that the facility is safe and will not be exposed to any unnecessary risk.
- Ability to undertake maintenance activities within the Data Centre area to client & local regulation standards and report any risks noted during inspections or supervisory monitoring of contractors.
- Ability to identify alternative methods to improve site controls & contractor management and make recommendations to the Technical site manager.
- Ability to provide assistance technical input into the business to ensure the integrity of the Data Centre portfolio is well supported and is not exposed to unnecessary risk.
- Ensure that all works undertaken at the critical site comply with the client’s specifications & that they also comply with the Local Authorities regulations and are undertaken in such a manner that the environments are not exposed to any risk.
- Ensure contractors compliance with all applicable regulations and standards regards to the critical infrastructure within Local authority & Data Centre environments.
- Understand and Ensure OHS compliance at all times for all on the site & stop & report unsafe behavior to the Technical Manager immediately.

- A minimum of OND in Electrical or related field, certification in trade test and with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a Data Centre company.

- Ability to install and arrange new equipment, deploy, maintain, and support data center infrastructure.
- Ability to provide live support to clients and coworkers, troubleshoot problems as they occur.
- Ability to monitor and maintain operation systems of all network processes, evaluate machine temperature levels for optimal performance and maintain accurate work records and event logs for smooth operation.
- Ability to configure,troubleshoot and repair servers, resolve critical or escalated technical issues regarding affected equipment, monitor the performance and capacity management of servers.
- Ability to manage and perform all critical and non-critical processes according to schedule and participate in various predictive maintenance programs.
- Ability to documents all records for equipment’s, prepare time sheets and administer back up equipment’s at all times.

Job Title: Data Center Plant Protective Maintenance Planner

Job Description
- Ability to Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams, vendors and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.
- Ability to Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
- Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials and schedules.
- Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers.
- Ability to take charge and ensure that routine maintenance metrics are adhered in line with best-in-class performance practices like schedule compliance, percentage interrupts and PPM execution.
- Ability to plan and monitor turn around work process to ensure successful completion of Data Center Plant turn around within schedule, within budget and with zero incidents.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 8 years working experience in maintenance planning and management experience for a Data Center company
- Experience in a Data Center Company is Required
