Job Title: Branding Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description
- Responsible for developing IBEDC's brand through slogans, visual materials and brand names. Create relationships and communication with customers by acting as a driving force in the creation and delivery of the brand profile and corresponding materials, work across departments to support teams in line with IBEDC policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead on brand awareness initiatives including the research and creation of public-facing documents, identifying partnership opportunities and attending meetings with potential partners when required
- Act as a trusted source of written materials of the highest quality for internal actors, including proofing reports, re-writing documents and advising on impact delivery measures –maintaining the Communications Team ‘zero-mistakes’ principle
- Lead on internal communications initiatives including a monthly newsletter, coordinating the bi-annual staff conference and support HR with building momentum for staff events
- Create and maintain templates for brand materials used for external and internal use such as presentation slides, funding proposals, letterhead, etc.
- Pre-Brand, Brand and Post-Brand Experience
- Uniform and Ambience –
- Fasciae, Flagpoles, Collaterals, Roll-Up banners
- Ensuring all Signages and merchandising materials across the region are in sync with IBEDC’s corporate standards and culture. This includes physical appearance.
- Publicity Materials: Distribution and placement of company’s Posters, Fliers, hand bills across the regional space.
- Conduct a needs assessment of marketing materials for the organisation and support the implementation of creating identified materials

Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, Mass Communications or related field.
Professional Qualification:
- Nigeria Institute of Journalism and other related professional bodies are added advantage

- 0-3 years’ experience in Branding & Communication
Job Title: Lead, Risk & Control
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description
- Assist to define broad guidelines that will ensure business risks are identified, assessed, managed, monitored and report in a uniform manner within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assists with preparing and updating operational risk assessments, operational risk framework; monitoring and keeping them up to date to ensure appropriate management
- Assists in ensuring all relevant management develop and communicate risk management policies, risk appetite and risk limits within agreed time frames
- Assists in ensuring action plans associated with identified risk issues are communicated and actioned within applicable timelines
- Assists with the identification and management of key operational risk issues
- Assists with the collection of information for preparation of monthly and quarterly risk management reports (including KRIs and KPIs for credit, liquidity, market, operational, strategic, compliance/legal and reputational risk)
- Provides support in the development and implementation of key risk indicators and key performance indicators, plus tracking and trend reporting of same for the organization.
Competence:
- Highly Computer Literate - excellent use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Risk Management Information Systems.

Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (Science, Math, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics/Business
Professional Qualification
Membership of any of the following Professional bodies:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
- Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)
- Certified Institute of Auditors (CIA)
Desired Experience:
- At least 10+ years work experience in roles relating to risk analysis, process control must specialize in Risk Management.
Job Title: Meter Standards and Installations Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- To act as a primary field contact in coordinating the installation, testing and maintenance of NMD meters and metering related equipment, ensuring the integrity of operations within the Business Hub.

Job Responsibilities
- Inspect service entrance equipment for correct applications, proper wiring, grounding, equipment configuration, and compliance with company requirement
- Engages in the installation of energy meters within the Business Hub
- Supervises contractors on Meter deployment and installation, compile the daily report for Management Information System
- Install and Inspect new meters to ensure proper working order within the Business Hub
- Conduct a daily audit of energy meters to determine compliance with standard requirements.
- Conducts pre-commissioning test for new and in-service meter accuracy
- Assists in the implementation of Metering Services processes within the Business Hub, identify and recommends enhancement in the process.
Competence:
- Knowledge or ability to quickly learn and apply Technical Standards relating to metering and industry standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor's Degree, HND in Engineering field
Professional Qualification:
- Possession of at least one of the following certifications is an added advantage: COREN, NSE, MNIM.
Desired Experience:
- At least 3 years of combined experience in meter installation
