Job Summary
- Timely processing of daily Credit card requests
- Credit Card data generation, management and branch support
- Credit Card profiling and maintenance of complaint log from customers through branches
- Manage customer experience requirements, acquisition strategies, servicing and retention
- Timely review of Unified Payment Services monthly bill for processing and payment
- Investigation and Analysis of transactions on FIMI for effective support of branches.
- Train and coach branches to promote, increase awareness amongst zonal/branch staff to identify business opportunities that will deepen card penetration
- Prepare comprehensive report for weekly and monthly ALCO
Requirements
- Minimum education level - A good first degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 0 - 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and Cards Unit or Related functions

Job Summary

Job Title: Cash Management Officer (CMO) - Retail
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- To enhance the bank’s overall profitability in the branch, by aggressively driving retail & MSME loan growth, deposit mobilization, eBusiness cross sales (cards and POSes) as well as account acquisition
- To enhance the bank’s funds mobilization and overall profitability through targeted marketing at the branch
- To grow bank’s revenue base at the cluster, by ensuring sales of all retail products across the spectrum; ebusiness, loans and deposit liabilities

- Experience in advertising agencies, media planning, digital and social media agencies is a plus.
