A Paediatric/Neonatal specialist facility in Enugu State, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below: Job Title: Cleaner Location: Enugu Slot: 2 Job Description

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
Ensure the clinic and environs are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Cleans hospital patient rooms, baths, offices, halls, and other areas: Washes beds and mattresses, and remakes beds after dismissal of patients.
Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
Distributes laundered articles and linens.
May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any clinic-related practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE
Proven experience as a cleaner preferably in a health facility
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
Knowledge of English language.
Knowledge of Medical waste handling and Biosafety with regards to the cleaning role, an advantage.
Must reside in Enugu.

Job Title: Paediatric Doctor Location: Enugu Slot: 2 Job Description

Ensuring that patient care is optimal and in adherence to the clinic's guidelines .
Establish good working relationship with other departments
Participate in training paediatric nurses.
Maintenance of a high standard of medical practice.

Qualifications

Basic qualification, MBBS.
Applicants must possess post NYSC experience; minimum of 3 years experience desirable.
Primaries qualification in paediatrics is desirable.
Neonatal intensive care skills/certification will also be an added advantage.
Training/certification in BLS/PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation an advantage.
Full registration and affiliation with relevant bodies with current licenses.

Skill Set and Requirements:

Warm to patients and parents, empathetic, resourceful, innovative, knowledgeable and willing to learn. Organized and a good team player.
Ability to lead, trustworthy, good at documentation and open minded.
Knowledge of patient safety.
Must reside in Enugu.
Preferably females.

Job Title: Security Guard Location: Enugu Job Description

Responsible for the security of the facility's building and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, illegal entry and to assure personal safety of employees, patients and visitors.
Safeguards and protects the wellbeing of all patients, employees, visitors and physicians.
Ensures the safety and security of the facilities and property.
Periodically tours building and grounds for security inspections.
Reports any unusual conditions or malfunctioning equipment.
Checks automobiles for proper parking.
Access control into the facility.
Performs related duties as requested.

Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE.
Former experience in similar position.

Job Title: Nurse Location: Enugu Slots: 5 Job Description

Perform professional nursing care to patients admitted in the clinic.
Maintain skill and knowledge by participating in various nurse education programs, seminars, staff meetings and workshops.
Ensure proper documentation of nursing care on chart forms.
Display a basic knowledge of the role.

Qualification

Minimum academic qualification of a Registered Nurse (RN),Registered Paediatrics Nurse or Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc).
3 to 5 years relevant work experience in the health sector desired.
Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and must be licensed to practice as Registered Nurse or Registered Paediatrics Nurse
Experience in Perioperative nursing is desirable.
Experience in ICU, NICU or SCBU an advantage.
