Reporting to the Senior Medical Doctor In-Charge of the Clinic
Duties
Candidates would have the following duties:
- Must possess exceptional professional skills and knowledge to provide a high standard of primary and continuing medical care to our patients.
- Respond to patients' medical/health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.
- Discuss side-effects, best conditions for use, and possible interactions of medication
- Contribute to the delivery of patient services with nurses, technicians, and other medical staff
- Collect, record and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports and examination results
- Supervise and train medical students
- Participate in research studies commissioned by the hospital board

- Mentor and coach Department Heads and other physicians in leadership roles.

- Plan for and ensure appropriate utilization of medical human resources.
- Be involved with recruitment processes of medical doctors, especially, at the level of consultants.

- Establish, as part of the management team, priorities, strategies and action plans to achieve stated outcomes, goals and objectives.
- Monitor progress toward the achievement of stated objectives

- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a health/medical field.
