We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Admin Manager Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership in the Department
  • Provides administrative support to Terminals, Warehouse and Corporate office
  • Provides office stationaries supplies and cleaning supplies by identifying company needs
  • Renewal of vehicle particulars from time to time
  • Providing printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery and getting approval of invoices from MD
  • General maintenance and facilities management of Premises, fire extinguishers and servicing of machines, air conditioners, inverters from time to time basis
  • Ensure the payment of utility bills at when due
  • Assist Staff with questions and concerns around the work environment
  • Manage and maintain inventory and stock controls over administration assets (office supplies, furniture, etc.), leverage technology and systems to ensure that tracking is repeatable, scalable, and fail-safe
  • Strategically manage the Company’s floor plan/layout and general office needs
  • Ensure that the work environment is well kept and motivating for employees
  • Organize company events, both in and out of the office
  • Any other task assigned
Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)
  • First Degree from a reputable Higher Institution, relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.
  • Prior experience as an Admin Manager preferred;
  • Prior management and project management experience
  • High energy, highly motivated personality
  • Good communicator – verbal and written
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very competent with technology platforms and quick to pick up new systems
    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Supervising the repairs and maintenance of vehicles
  • Performing pre-trip inspections, logging all defects and arranging for repairs
  • Performing all vehicle maintenance reports required
  • Communicating with Operations department on availability of vehicles daily
  • Review daily driver inspection reports for accuracy and awareness of maintenance issues
  • Educate the drivers on the maintaining and the cleanliness of their vehicles
  • Ensure drivers are well abreast with all safety equipment and measures they can take to safe guard all assets internally and externally with regards to their vehicles
  • Keeping track of vehicle mileage for reporting and for scheduling preventive maintenance
  • Ensure that vehicle parts serve their usefulness before being changed
  • Follow up and ensure that the necessary repairs/maintenance invoice raised are carried out.
  • Ensure drivers adhere to the budgetary constraints of the organization regarding maintenance/repair
  • Ensure driver’s maintenance logs are up to date
  • Liaise with external engineers/mechanics on all external maintenance to be done
  • Any other task assigned.
Job Requirements
  • First Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable Higher Institution
  • Minimum of 6 Years experience
  • Good communicator – verbal and written
  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • High energy, highly motivated personality
  • Should be able to stand and walk for long hours.
  • Would frequently use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms while carrying out duties
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items
  • Working knowledge of automotive mechanics, gas and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, price trends and grades or quality of materials and equipment
  • Strong understanding of the hazards and safety precautions common to maintenance and repair activities.
    Job Title: Inventory Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the Warehouse.
  • Ensure goods are kept and issued first in first out method (FIFO).
  • Keep records of items received, or transferred to another location.
  • Proper Handling and Storage of goods in Warehouse
  • To initiate requisitions for the replacement of all store items whenever the stock
  • Level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
  • To initiate action for stoppage of further requisition when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
  • To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling stock items.
Job Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)
  • First Degree from a reputable Higher Institution
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communicator – verbal and written
  • Prior experience as an inventory officer preferred;
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
