We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Senior Sales Analyst Location: Lagos Job Descriptions

  • The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of sales for all sales channels.
  • He/She will prepare sales reports, compile sales budgets and provide comparative analysis of actual to budget along with presenting feedback of findings to Management and the sales team; towards ensuring optimal performance of the organizations sales drive.
Responsibilities
  • Review & Analyze sales data in comparison to sales plan to ensure targets are being met.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing & sales teams.
  • Report findings of sales analysis to Management.
  • Assist in Preparing Sales Target Plans.
  • Provide sales & marketing support as needed to the sales teams.
  • Strategize on and propose plans for achievement of sales targets and optimal levels of service.
  • Ensure the application of RFS sales guidelines to ensure optimizes sales channels.
  • Other analytical work as required to drive and track sales performance
  • Providing up to date information of market trends in the industry.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Proficient in statistical or analytical knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5 years quality experience in similar role.
  • Excellent Communicator; Excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Business Development at different levels preferably in the Financial services/banking industries.
  • Strategy development, problem solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the drive for continuous improvement and achievement.
