Job Title: Senior Sales Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of sales for all sales channels.
- He/She will prepare sales reports, compile sales budgets and provide comparative analysis of actual to budget along with presenting feedback of findings to Management and the sales team; towards ensuring optimal performance of the organizations sales drive.
Responsibilities
- Review & Analyze sales data in comparison to sales plan to ensure targets are being met.
- Act as a liaison between marketing & sales teams.
- Report findings of sales analysis to Management.
- Assist in Preparing Sales Target Plans.
- Provide sales & marketing support as needed to the sales teams.
- Strategize on and propose plans for achievement of sales targets and optimal levels of service.
- Ensure the application of RFS sales guidelines to ensure optimizes sales channels.
- Other analytical work as required to drive and track sales performance
- Providing up to date information of market trends in the industry.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Proficient in statistical or analytical knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years quality experience in similar role.
- Excellent Communicator; Excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Sales and Business Development at different levels preferably in the Financial services/banking industries.
- Strategy development, problem solving skills.
- Self-starter with the drive for continuous improvement and achievement.
