• Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As a quantity surveyor, you'll seek to minimise the cost and risk of a construction project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory building regulations are met.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
• Advise on a procurement strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND with minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Experience in real estate is an added advantage

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design and document commercial and industrial building projects.
• Consult with clients to determine their requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Experience in real estate is an added advantage
