Job Description
- Locate vendors of truck parts & conventional goods and evaluate same based on approved criteria
- Register and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Ensure that only truck parts and goods with required specifications and quality are purchased and accepted
- Plan and co-ordinate requests of various units and secures the best deals for truck parts and other items purchased
- Review prices/quality of items purchased and ensure that the company’s best interest are served at all times
Requirements & Skills
- OND/HND or degree holder in Management Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or Social sciences are required.
- Minimum of three years purchasing experience in an organized set up
- Familiarity with truck parts constitute an advantage
- Ability to build a reliable database of vendors for truck parts and other items
Job Title: Head, Driving School
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage driving Instructors and ensure their knowledge is constantly updated
- Constantly review the training curriculum and content of the Driving school, to ensure that it is in line with global best practice.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities with a view to ensuring that the is constantly compliant.
- Control of human and material resources in the school
- Design training contents and modules for the school
- Business development and marketing of the training offerings
- Overseeing and advising on Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) matters
Requirements & Skills
- HND or a degree in any field and an MBA are required for this role
- 10 years driving/training experience
- 5 years Business Development experience
- Leadership and Management skills

Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Technicians/mechanic management – Service providers
- Ensure the application of procedures to automobile repairs and maintenance
- Be constantly updated on automobile technical specifications, cost of spare parts and current trends
- Own and apply in-depth knowledge of trucks/operational vehicles and maintenance techniques
- Negotiate service level Agreement and ensure the company fleet are in top shape
- Streamline and monitor fuel purchases system for all vehicles with a view to controlling cost
- To maintain vehicles in peak operating condition, Minimize downtime, maintain strict servicing time limits and negotiate priority repair schedules with service centers
- Set up scheduling maintenance programme and pursue greater cost efficiency.
- Ensure that technicians are aware of procedure
- Ensure adequate maintenance of tools/equipment and other materials
- Monitor and review work flow and work orders to reduce delay
- Ensures safety of technicians
- Ensure proper arrangement, orderliness and safety of the truck park
- Ensures proper parking and arrangement of truck park
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 10 years relevant and practical experience in managing Technicians/Mechanics
- A minimum of First degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- A post graduate diploma in management or Masters, while not compulsory, is nevertheless an advantage.
- Good multi-tasking skills

- Scheduling and Problem-solving skills
- Must be able to plan his work and submit report on work done
